Shaolin Temple Guarding Mountain Staff

One of the many treasures of the Shaolin Temple is a unique and classical form known as Shaolin Temple Guarding Mountain Staff. This form was a requirement of all monks in training and is one of the most important staff forms in Chinese Martial Arts. The form demonstrates that—despite the long staff’s simplicity—its techniques are remarkably varied.

No Previous staff experience is necessary.
